Following just rcvd from MIND CFO in reply to a couple of questions I asked: (I asked why they issue new shares instead of using debt to finance growth. He didn't answer. Also asked why they do biz with Grant who is way past due on account.)

his reply:

The secondary was priced yesterday, Dec. 17 @ $19 per share.
After this offering, we will certainly look at debt as our next alternative to
raising capital.
We are doing very little business with Grant at this time & it is cash upfront
for the first month.ÿÿ We monitor this and other accounts very closely.
We have no knowledge of stock manipulation.ÿ We leave those things to the SEC
and NASDAQ.

Thanks for your support.
