Damn Right Joe,,,I do smell a rat,,,,,but keep in mine I haven't been follow all these events...The details on the whole scenario are sketchy as I only had a 1000 shares. It seems to me (may be wrong) the CEO had the rights (patent) or what ever to use the technology to get this thing going with the SATX company...When they failed or ran out of money or whatever happened happened....Then a few weeks later I hear Motorola is going to do the same thing or something very similiar. Now,,,,If my information is sowehwhat correct I just would not know the legality of this...Motorola sells SATX the technology to SATX (CEO and all) then down the road Motorola is trying (so I hear) to put themselves in the dirver seat to promote the very device they sold to SATX only now they may be going to carry the ball all by themselves. What happens to SATX????Dunno. Like I say, what ever you find out,,keep me up to date..
Perhaps John Herron would have some answers although I think he also sold out all his shares when they started to go down the tubes..

Another thing Joe,,,is if we are still shareholders and Motorola is in fact going to do this are we entitled to anything because we bought into SATX...It seems to me that our money would still be good even if Motorola takes over the whole ball of wax......hmmmmm
