That the public will eventually come to accept lesser quality of care is true. They have no choice and will take what they can get. This was the goal of Democrats who illegally and unscrupulously foisted the law on people who didn't want it and still don't. But you feel, as a democrat and part of the ruling class, it is your call. I get that. As to the number of mid levels, it is generally accepted that we will see a doubling over the next ten years. Can you cite a journal article making that claim before 2009?
