lol... "EXHAUSTING RESEARCH" ... like the research you did that made MBNC out to be "roach motel that had "no actual earnings"???

lmao.

DOOD, let me ask you... do you read the farking balance sheets and income statements?

Most of the guys on this thread are smarter than me when it comes to evaluating company balance sheets and income statements but I will throw out a few comments.

I recall reading in one of Berkshire Hathaway's annual statements back in the 80's in which WB talked about book values. I think it might have been the textile company that flopped on him ... he talked about how stated book value could be one thing but actual book value quite another. In his experience he found the old equipment that was valued in the millions - worthless.

HOTR values its GOODWILL at over 18 million dollars.

If you back out the goodwill and some other questionable assets on their last Q they would have a book value of ZERO.

otcmarkets.com

Add to that - that on average they manage to lose about a million bucks per quarter and all you have is a shitty company that had to raise money to stay afloat another year or two.... HAIL MARY DOOD!

After harassing private emails someone named Las........is now on ignore. The swearing was too much for me and no one needs to be treated like that. If I knew how to report him I would.

HOTR,

HOTR is doing another rights offering. Those can be great times to buy, but the financial results don't look good to me and tangible book is like 0. I don't see how they are going to get to profitability, and I don't see a margin of safety from book value.

If you don't mind, could tell me what I am missing? I'd be happy to load up through the rights offering if I thought the fundamentals were solid.

Thanks,
MC

Just curious about HOTR's future business success and profitability after looking at its Quarterlies and Annuals below, as well as the performance of its share price over the last 5 years which one could relate to its ongoing bottom line losses ....

QUARTERLIES :-

ANNUALS, where, despite Top Line Revenue increases, we see concomitant Bottom Line losses :-

... and 5 year CHART :-

Bearing all the above in mind, what do you believe HOTR wil be doing, going forward, in order to revert to ongoing Bottom Line profitability ?
