I would not put her in the title unless she wins her party's nomination. She is in a bunker for a reason. She is scared to answer ANY question at all about her positions, because she is too senile to give a coherent answer.

Putting her name in the title would show far too much respect for her power or ZERO accomplishments. Currently, Hillary is just a demented, little old lady HIDING from the press.
