They didn't triple but there was growth, due mostly to the formation of large group operations. Look at the chart again....the way I read it they more then tripled from 92 onward...as said earlier, the trend to mid level providers has been going on for decades...and by the way, it's not a bad trend considering what they do and the cost profile of health care in the US. Bottom line is, you challenge for data and I provide it...you on the other hand continue to make unsubstantiated claims and dooms day prophecies without any backup. Al
