I am really not sure where Al is getting this three million figure.

CBO has cut its estimate from 32 Million to 24 Million through the exchange plans. At the beginning the 32M was to come 16M from Medicaid and 16M from commercial insurance. The 16M commercial was to be about 40% "young, healthy" people paying inordinately high premiums to support the remaining 60%. It didn't happen that way: Not only are the 16M not showing up, the commercial split is lower than expected, and the 40% "young, health" turned out to be 25%, leaving the pool full of old people and "young, sick" people. As a result, the exchanges are totally untenable.

For the first three years, the exchanges were to receive some protection in the form of "risk corridors" and other measures. These were instantly run dry. So, Obama illegally paid insurance companies $3 Billion out of unappropriated funds and refused to explain it:

washingtonexaminer.com

That kept some of the insurance companies from bailing for a year. Presumably, Obama plans to steal another 3 Billion or so next year (to be clear, $3 Billion amounts to 25% of the entire industry's profits prior to Obamacare).

So, the entire program is collapsing. They [Obama adaministration] are just stealing enough money to keep it from happening yet. Whoever wins the presidency next time is going wish he hadn't. We have a financial collapse coming that will make 08 look like a minor glitch.

....OK let's give this another try.........if in year 2025 there are 3M less signed up for Obamacare than originally projected, then how many less than originally projected will be signed up in 2024?....2023?.....2022?....etc.......or do you believe that there will be only 3M Obamacare covered years (IN TOTAL) less than predicted over that entire period of time?

You want a table of shortfall by year to 2025? Why? And how would an answer by me have any meaning? Enrollment will continue to increase...by how much will be a function of many unpredictable factors, chief among them is states medicaid expansion, potential changes in the law, economic conditions, escalating penalties, what the SCOTUS does this summer on KvB and others I probably can't even come up with. Move on dude.
