Abortions are common to almost half the women in all existence—even with birth control. Unfortunately, unwanted pregnancies are still occurring because of carelessness, drugs, poor discipline, and a lack of education. The over-riding fact of abortions (most of which are committed by your imaginary god) is not that they have always been pervasive and an inherent right of all women--which they have….but that they can either be done openly and safely in a mature society respectful of human rights—or they may be done in creepy back rooms at severe risk to the health and life of the mother—and by extension risking the health and safety of other members of her family through her unnecessary death. The great majority of abortions in the west are done in Christian families. For you to accuse them of murder is to insult the great moral majority. Your accusations are absurd and contemptible. The fact is that most people would never dream of committing murder. Most of us are offended by all the hurt and suffering around us. Canadians and Americans are quick to give freely of their own time, effort, and resources to assist total strangers in times of tragedy and need. And you have the unmitigated gall to call over these Christians (and millions of non-Christians)..."MURDERERS"? Well aren't you Mrs. High and Mighty--our resident 'god's little helper.' Aren't you just so so superior by virtue of the fact that you ground your morals in the bronze age from the myths of tribal savages?? Why don't you run for office under the compassionate (and oh so mature and rational) slogan that most women are deliberate murderers...and know they are murderers. We could lock half our women up in prison. Or would the death penalty be more "godly"???
