Well, I guess you'd have to be specific about which of their "crap" you're referring to.

But as a general principle, I think it is true that a lot of liberals are lined up to raise hell against Monsanto without fully understanding the implications. You have to have GMOs today to get the yields necessary to keep food prices affordable. And scientifically, they're safe; it is much like the case on anti-vaccination Left; they simply don't understand the science, particularly, the numbers.

Monsanto makes things that benefit Monsanto's bank account---no matter how destructive the results are.
