John, I read we were near the bottom over a month ago and now we are 15 points lower. I think 62 is very likely prior to December 25. williet and I hate that the bears are in charge.

John: I tend to agree with you Even with the Nasdaq index down by about 24 points, still INTC & INTCW closed down only by 3/8. At one point of time I thought Victoria Gates M.D prediction ( in an earlier post) of INTC to close at 70 would come true. It is a good sign. The main culprits today are MSFT down by 4.75 and DELL down by 4. There is still some sort of coupling between MSFT and INTC. It is,however, getting looser. It will be better for INTC if one of these days MSFT stops going down. MSFT had gone down from high of 152 to 130 ( 14.5%), while INTC had gone down from 102 to 68 ( 33.3%). There is still some potential for INTC to continue going down ,though at a slower pace, in down markets. I hope we may see some light at the end of the tunnel. I am heavily weighted in Intel as long term investor. It appears we have to be patient and put up with this volatility for the next 2-3 quarters. IMHP Thank you rgds ANANT
