WR, Congress and the World Court have to make it a crime against humanity before we can do something. You mean they haven't already? Every time someone drives an SUV, an inch of coastline disappears. Every time someone tosses a recyclable into the non-recyclable bin, a spotted owl dies. Every barrel of oil that is pumped out of the ground raises the temperature of the Earth by a fraction of a degree. If these aren't "crimes against humanity," I don't know what is.
