P.,

Absolutely well put. I noticed only negative news on the business report on the way home tonight. I think something's coming down....Question now is just how big this is gonna be?

Hi P. ; no rotation to small caps, in fact they are really getting
killed..there is no rotation amoung the stocks sectors at this time,
some telcos made minor gaines..but not from the money leaving
the market..micro caps are about steady..
Money is just moving out of stocks ( a lot of into bonds ), a lot
of it's just leaving the country as foreign investors take profits
and grab the dollar fearfull it's going to lose more of it's
value, they want to put it into something else..
It gets my goat that Ruben would say he approved of what Japan
did..it's not just the yen that gained on us..every thing did,
Japan could hacve sold a percentage of Dollars and a percentage
of the others..with the same break down as the SDR has ( special
drawing rights ) used by the IMF..as Japan has all thoes currencies
too..the value of SDRs at this time are 42% US, 19% G mark, 13%
F frank, 13% B pound, plus 13% YEN..so to prop up the YEN
lets say you sell 50% dollars 20% mark and 15% each Frank and
Pound, that way one currency is not hit with a broadside,
this was a sneak attact that came on Monday, I reported it that
eve..before any news broke..the charts told me what happened,
if you read back you'l also see were I said a lot would go
into bonds..buying bonds with weaker dollars..gives the buyer
a bigger spread than the increase in the bond price..
I knew bonds were going up as a result, but would sell back off
as soon as the dollar recovered just a little,
( it's a form of short term short selling) but hidden out
of sight of most of the onlookers.
( they get another spread as they dump out )
as the bonds went up apperant intrest rates droped.short sighted
buyers bought stocks tue and early wed, the Japanese sold their
holdins into that rally..as they knew that when they sold the bonds back they would fall , making apperent interest rates go up..and
stocks would fall..wait till tomorrow..if the dollar don't get
off it's knees stocks will fall even more..
do you see the trick..it's buy bonds with cheap dollars..
in effect you make the intrest rate more than it really is,
or people who outside the loop think it is.
Japan is still at war with us, they use dollars now instead of
bullets..but it's war all the same. Every one thinks they are
having it rough, thats all show..they playing lame duck, but
are smug as a bug..
with intrest rates down to .5 %..they have sliped into KOREA
and they run that show..and they are a lot stronger in South America
than we are..I'v been there and saw their camps.
Why do you think it was the Japanese officils who were taken
hostage a while back in Peru.. they know. Americans are blinded
by our own the news media, not informed.
Go to Yahoo in the UK and search around..visit some other
countries via the internet and read their news. Our news is
controaled by the right wing and slanted to reflect their
dumdass views of the world, who owns all the major news
net works take a look..it's the big money cartels,
Jim
