Sonki, If Intel misses its earnings without giving warning, the stock may get bashed just like Oracle did a little while ago. I do not trust anything anymore in this market as the norm seems to hog tie and shoot anything that dissapoints the street. There is fire in the theater and too many people have just lost thier cool and their emotions.

Here is a little excert I gathered about Microsoft:

""FEELING SORRY FOR MICROSOFT.... Did you see that that a group of states' attorneys general met secretly last week to plot a coordinated antitrust action against Microsoft? Give me a FREAKIN' break!!! I mean these guys are so out to lunch. Hey, next thing you know the plaintiffs' lawyers will join in. Can't you hear the
plaintiffs' claims? "Ohhhh, I developed chronic back pain because Microsoft forced me to use its web browser." I mean, pretty soon Scott McNealy is going to come to Bill's defense. Stop these people!"

Have you been taking any defensive measure against the daily sell off in techs and other stocks inside or outside your Ira?

hope you are otherwise enjoying the holidays

Best Wishes
Frank
