Traders. The stock had momentum and volume. When it was topping, they all disappeared. Volume is where it belongs: no news, no prospects, story sour in the mouth of long term investors.

imo National started this latest buying trend, pumpers such as deeppockets over at ag started their spin campaign that national buying = a great sign of company related purchases (David Macdonald), sheeple began buying and traders followed suit when they discovered the volume breakout. National started dumping through anonymous and traders cashed out when the trend reversed. National made money, traders made money, sheeple are left holding the bag... as always.
