Steve, << GO DSP SOFTWARE ACQUISITION >>

Sounds like they hired pre-trained CAD support for 3rd party
designs. Possibly some common software to be used between customer
and TI. 3rd party is tough, especially if they do the architecture
and circuit design. Customers can only design by rules without the
hands on knowledge TI has with the fab process to design. Very key!
TI held up well in today's market. Makes me wonder if we're near
a low now or should I wait until stock option offering in Feb.
It's a nice present to give the employees a nice price at offering.
Bottom fishing is tough. I'm wanting 37 or < , but don't want to miss
the boat while it's docked either.
