The third quarter and nine-month results are pro forma, assuming the merger between Lunn Industries Inc. and TPG Holdings Inc. occurred Jan. 1. Comparable pro forma figures for the year-ago periods were unavailable. As reported Nov. 14, Advanced Technical Products Inc. (ATPX) reported net income of $818,589, or 6 cents a share, on sales of $6.1 million for the third quarter. For the nine months, the company reported net income of $175,666, or 1 cent a share, on sales of $4.5 million. These figures represent the operations of Lunn Industries before the Oct. 31 merger. The company also reported the total backlog of customer orders, including options and unreleased orders, was about $800 million, compared with $320 million for same period in 1996.
