To spray the corn before combining would require a very tall spraying tractor.
There is no point in spraying Roundup just before harvest. By that time the desired crop has choked out any weeds, but such machines DO exist for spraying fairly tall crops. BTW these machines literally fly over the fields at high speed and thus don't do much long-term damage, even to corn that may be waist high.
