To all: with all the issues facing this company, the industry and the overall markets, I am simply amazed at the amount of bandwith devoted to the lawsuit issue, as if S3 was the only company ever to face a suit. The last stat I saw was,a high tech company that is in business at least 5 years stands a 38% chance of legal action, when the company is in business 10 years of more the chances increase to 71%. So what new here or news worthy ?

I have checked other threads of other companies that has suits pending and the issue is almost never brought up after a couple of weeks, it would seem to be our favorite obsession, as if nothing else matters. My advice is "get over it" let it run it course and move on. Let the courts handle it for now. That must be a statement as to the emotional frame of reference of most S3 shareholders.

JMHO.
