There are lots of reasons, 1. Just about all tech stocks are going down, VOCLF will not be an exception. 2. VOCLF has a classic head and shoulders pattern, which is one of the most predictable chart patterns you can use. 3. Do you use the technology now? Know anybody who does? 4. Classic case of a large company buying a stake in a small company where they only do so to hedge their bets. Do you think this is a significant or material cost for DT? Do you really think they will put a lot of resources behind the technology? I do not. They will play around with it and then go to the next great thing when it shows up. Meanwhile, the stock of VOCLF will be at 0.
