Okay, first of all, I meant it do be condescending. That doesn't suggest racism. The definition of impudent is: "Not showing due respect for another person"; there is no reference to race, whatsoever. I was only making the point that Obama disrespects other people and that's why he is so hated by his political opponents. And the truth is even politicians on the Left do not like his impudence.

No. Impudent means HE is disrespectful of others. I would say it is a product of his narcissism and arrogance, but that is for the psychologists to decide.

I'm sorry, but you clearly do not understand the meaning of the word. I would recommend a good dictionary.

I could be wrong but I don't think you'll find any reference to race in a definition of impudence.
