Al, you've completely lost it.

The graph shows how much ObamaCare costs, not surpluses. The different lines indicate the different cost estimates and how they've been going down over the years as new data comes in, but they still represent cost.

One more time, because your skull is so thick. The graph represents COSTS, not SURPLUSES. In other words, THERE IS NO SURPLUS.

You can easily refute that by telling me exactly how much ObamaCare has reduced other parts of the federal budget and whether that more than makes up for the net costs.
