Well, first off, DCTC has never been recommended by Future Superstock.
Secondly, several of the folks on this board apparently have first hand knowledge about the operations of the company. That is, they have visited various division offices and have developed personal relationships with top management. Third, they do report to the SEC
(and I believe it is still a crime to file false reports to those guys). Fourth, it was able to "scam" SMTK out of $9 mil recently. Fifth, management actually talks to us sometimes, and I've not seen a true pump-n-dump outfit do that before. Sixth, they have retained the
fourth largest accounting firm in Europe to audit them. Why would a scamster bother to do that?

However, I do worry sometimes. Maybe it's just that I've got so much
invested here. Or maybe it is our inability to fathom what the heck the MMs are doing and who they are doing it for. Or maybe it's just a general feeling of doubt and uncertainty.

Stranger things have happened. Some of you guys who have first hand
experience and contact with the company, why don't you tell this person why you don't believe this is a scam. George

Hi Ron,

You are pathetic! You loved DCTC on 11/05 and now you bash it? So in 6 weeks you went from an investor who even used the travel agency and now you think this is a scam. Well, at least you efforts to try to get this to drop a few more pennies are admirable so you can buy again but geeeeez, how about insulting some other folks, we don't need it.

Ron (name obtained from a September post to Bruce):

What happened since your last DCI post on Nov. 5 and now? At that time you were bullish on DCI, Joe Murphy, and the SmartTalk deal:

Message 2640578

Have you gotten suspicious of all small caps because of all the recent news about manipulation of (some of) them? Also, from everything I can tell KonLin isn't a "hyped paid newsletter" but, rather, does it's own independent research, has been around since the early 1980s, is highly regarded, and was quoted in Barrons just 3-4 days ago.

As Joe Medsker said on the other thread, if you know more, tell us. However, if you're just trying to spook DCI investors w/o any legitimate basis in fact, we don't need it. I saw on one of your posts on another thread today that you're heading out of the country and won't be back until mid-January. Before you leave, though, I hope you tie up the loose ends you've left here. Specifically, if you can address your following statement with anything other than hype/innuendo of your own please do: "If you believe any of this so called big seller, buy back, quiet period bull roar, I've got some swamp land in the Desert to sell you".

Dan

Reason, Ron or whatever your name really is. You say you are "invested heavily" in DCTC, yet are posting negative nonsense, attacking the company and insulting the posters on this BB? Doesn't make any sense to me, unless there is a minus sign in front of the shares that you "own" and are trying to cover. Go someplace else, it's obvious you are not welcome here.

James

Ron,

You point to a very well written article about the classic P&D. The only problem is that you are dead wrong. I challenge you to find me any 144 insider selling filings in the last year. I would bet that you cannot. Why you may ask, because everyone in the company knows whats coming down the pipe and is not going to give up shares cheap. I will readily admit that if I see 144's coming from a company I would like to know why. Since there are none, I guess that takes care of your dump. Since it is not insider selling it must be outside DCI henceforth the Big Seller. Now you say that it must be the posters on these threads. A big seller putting shares on the table for weeks at a time tends to drive the price down hard. Add to this the small holders who get nervous as the price falls and put their stock out adding to the decline. Then add one more fact, I have found out that there is a 100k short position on the stock and beleive me none of these guys would short DCI. I don't think any of our pockets are that deep. Add that to some tax selling and we get a weak stock and that is just the way it is. I can vouch for most of the people here that we have added shares through this decline, not fed it.

You talk about pumping the stock. I do not consider what we do, going out and digging up and doing our own Due Diligence to be pumping. We find facts and report back to SI what we find. It is each investors responsibility to check these facts out for themselves. They all have the ability to call DCI and speak to any of the officers at the home office or any of the divisions, even Joe Murphy from time to time. There are always people out there who consider this to be pumping, but when they hear it for themselves they change their tunes.

Joe Murphy has stated many times that he, as aren't we all, very unhappy to see the price of the stock at this level. In more than one public forum over the past 8 months or so he has also stated that a stock buyback would be used, if needed, to bolster the price up. With the completion of the WH Smith contract sale, DCI now has $9 million in cash and stock with which to do many things. If I know Joe, I would say that one of those things and probably a priority, would be to find a way to bolster the stock price. My guess on this is a buyback and probably to start sometime early in the new year.

You also talk about QP as if it has no meaning. Each time DCI has entered a QP it has come out of it a tremendously stronger company than when it entered. I think it is obvious that you have not been around to many M&A companies in their infancy. QP is a way of life so get used to it.

The last point of issue here is a paid hyped newsletter. Surely you are not speaking of KonLin. It is a respected and widely publicized source for honest appraisals of new and upcoming companies. The only money they receive is from their subscribers and not DCI.

It is my opinion that you owe an apology to Joe Murphy, DCI and the shareholders for what you have said. Due your own DD and find out for yourself.

LONGER AND STRONGER THAN EVER!!!! GO DCI TELECOMMUNICATIONS!!!!!

Bruce
