I really don't think you know what you're talking about. The Equal Pay Act was enacted in 1963 and is the law of the land today. The Lily Ledbedder was an amendment that tinkered with the statute of limitations but didn't materially change the EPA. The new stuff is all about the lawyers being able to sue and how much they can make, and has zero to do with actually equalizing pay.

so if a group of Nazis wanted a holocaust celebration and they went to a Jewish cake maker and a jewish photographer to do their celebration would the Jewish businesses have to take the jobs ?
