Wondering what effect would the legal actions have on stock price.

Most likely, no impact. Shareholder suits should be covered by insurance (D&O, for example). Typically, insurance provides both a defense (attorneys fees) and indemnity. I don't believe the MMs or savy retail investors really care about the existence of these class actions.

Far, far more important in driving the stock price will be earnings and rumors/reality of an acquisition.

In the meantime, ASND is idling, sometimes fading, on low volume. It is difficult to suffer through, but at this stage plans should be put in place for capitalizing on the upswing.
