TM... Now you will believe me when I tell you that the market looked heavy in this stock. I also mentioned under $5. Boys there is paper for sale out there so DO NOT GET IN A HURRY. Yea, 25,000 shares registered RIGHT!!! Folks this should be a lesson to all when we see these Goddamn S-3 registrations. These people want you to believe that they are holding the stock BULLSHIT!!! Now my guess!!! Use scale down orders... bid the stock.. no more than 1000.. when you get hit.. roll down... but remember this ... whoever this is wants out before Dec. 30 so if you have not bought any by Dec 29 start getting more agressive. Now if the company should put out news.. Do not chase pryor to DEC. 30. The company may put out news to clean up this overhang, the stock WILL pull back. Good Luck
