The Judge has not set the schedule (or hadn't a week ago). The company doesn't know. The schedule of court proceedings (docket) is publicly available. This web site to get an account to track the proceedings is uscourts.gov The day the judge mails the schedule to the attorneys, it is posted on the docekt (sometimes they run a few days behind schedule).

If you really want to do some research, I can suggest ways to guess when the hearing will be schedlued. However, it will still be only a guess. It is completely up to the judge. If you want more info on how to do research let me know, and I will e-mail it to you.
