The coverage provisions only have been projected by CBO; CBO has said, essentially, "We can no longer project the budgetary effects of the law, and so we're not trying anymore." Little deal? Big deal? Who the hell knows? CBO doesn't. That is a different argument...this bozo is saying that the CBO is projecting a $1.2T ten year deficit, which it is not, and then tries to walk away from the statement by omitting, half posting and bullshitting his way through it. Hell, I don't even think he knows the difference between a deficit and the "size of government". By the way, Show me the statement where Elmendorf has said what you claim above. Al
