It is not worth repeating what the phantom did or did not do. There are dozens of exchanges by writers on this thread relating to whether poor judgment was exercised. You be the judge. I hope and want to believe that the phantom's intentions were benign. Without a doubt, the phantom has a good perspective and healthy cynicism about BB stocks, and at times had some very good questions and ideas about NETZ It is also true that unanswered questions by management, and well-documented sloppiness in issuing press releases (all things picked up by the phantom and communicated in various ways and with various degrees of contempt by him) no doubt contributed to the uncertainty and doubt by investors and some sell off, and need to be corrected by management.
