Looks like jeff has just about locked up the championship. There are so many people to thank, I don't know where to begin. But let me start with UConn not making the tournament, giving me no true rooting interest and no need to really get to know the teams. Next, I'd like to thank UVa for making me think they were the only team able to knock off Kentucky. I'd also like to thank Kentucky for losing as I knew they would, but against the wrong team. I would like to thank Duke for acknowledging my comment they were going to pull a Patriots and win when, finally, nobody was picking them to, yet I still picked UVa. And, lastly, I'd like to thank all of this year's contestants for playing, even though you knew you had no shot of beating me yet again. Your futile persistence humbles me. I'd especially like to thank Bob Newton for flying all the way from Philly to Manhattan Beach just to buy me a lunch. The fact he skipped out on his son's championship soccer game, his daughter's birthday party, and his silver wedding anniversary celebration made me feel special for those precious few minutes. And if anyone wonders where all those fish Gloop catches end up, it's apparently on my front lawn, deck, roof, and mailbox... so a special shout out to Gloop as well for helping to feed the deer, raccoon, and hawks that frequent my yard. - Jeff
