We're slated to go camping at the end of this month for 5 days, so being the exceptional cheapskate that I am, I ended up taking Carolyn's advice and bot this grill.

amazon.com

We're going to be experiencing the snowbird thing next winter for the first time, and I have a feeling we'll end up with a Weber Q...........which will be used on a regular basis for extended periods of time. I like the Weber because of the heavy duty construction and the fact it does have legs. The Coleman "Road Trip" grills also have legs (that are included in the price), but the Weber seems to get better reviews.

The Char-Broil I just bot is small, and very portable, so for the time being, I think it will work out OK.

Thanks everyone for responding. I'm just amazed at the amount of good information I get here on SI.
