Ken, I'll help you. These are just from todays news. There are hundreds of others that have occurred. I owned Jennfier Convertible a few years ago and they restated going back years. A lawsuit followed.

"In October National Steel said it had restated some financial results going back to 1992 to correct accounting errors found in
a continuing audit of its books." - This is a big company. How could auditors miss 5 years in a row????

"On Dec. 12, 1997, the company (Fine Host) issued a press release announcing that it would be restating its
reported financial results for the quarterly fiscal periods ended March 26, 1997, June 25, 1997 and Sept. 24, 1997. "
