Anyone who is on a voter list that does not belong there should be removed. You want to make a special category with special rights for that too? Anything to steal an election I guess. Are you against people having to identify themselves with proper ID as well? Maybe we should do what the third World does and dye everyone's fingers so they can't vote four or five times for the same candidate. I'd be for that!
