Ken,

<<Do you have information that indicates that the accounting errors
were not deliberate?
>>

Of course they were deliberate. The question would be: To what aim?
It's a big jump from trying to make a balance sheet look good for a nice bonus to forming a multi-corporation conspiracy trying to defraud
stockholders for the gain of a few hundred thousand dollars.

Now, I don't know if you are like me or not, but I've always said,
that if I were ever to be possessed to embezzle, it would have to be for millions and millions(that's plural). That, in order to bribe enough, change enough, and get away enough to not ever be caught.

Course the legal way, if not quite moral, is to become a bottom-dwelling scum-sucker and rip off STOOPID investors who feel they are OWED a profit from every investment they make.

Ooops! I better quit. I feel a rant coming on.

"State and federal Laws are different".Thank you Ken i learned that 25 years ago in law school. My point is the class action lawyers all work together and i know they have problems with the federal judge they drew so are covering their lucrative fees they think they will earn by filing in state court. The defendants will no doubt move to consolidate the state and federal claims in one forum
