Wally: Of course you are right, the shares have not likely cost him anything out of pocket, other than, if you can believe Select Capital, he has made some trade-off between salary and stock. But I was thinking about reputation. Would you hire this guy after the hype and predictions, if UMSI ends floating belly up. Nope. Won't look good on the resume'. I am in the pool, I say the filings happen on December 30th, Tuesday, and I might add, I am talking about 1997. Skaar
