[ CGEN & Ascending Triangles ] Actually, I thought that was a pretty good one. I'm taking into consideration Dave's observations about the possibility for failure after the breakout. CGEN would have fit in that category. Nobody likes a shooting star like that. I've been looking at some of the candidates being put out in the scan, and when I see them I notice that that the boundaries are just a hair too fuzzy (pun intended...lol) for comfort. I remember you saying the scan took into consideration the closing prices; have you tried to see if it works with the highs and the lows? Also, about your question about the RSI; I'm not sure I know how to address your question. The only parameters I input into my RSI indicator is the length of the period under examination, and there's only one number for that. Where does the pair come from? Regards, Rainier
