Bentway, It's really no sillier than what you currently believe I guess if you consider faith, forgiveness, reconciliation, and giving one's life for all of this to be silly concepts, then yeah, Jesus Christ would be no different than Xenu. It's really arrogant to simply dismiss faith as nothing more than childlike fantasies. You would have to discount all of the good that the faithful have done, emphasize the bad that those have done in the name of "faith," and assume that the one "true faith" lies in secular humanism, which itself is incredibly flawed.
