I am so irritated that we can't get a clear idea of the news. I checked Yahoo, Excite, Reuters,their home page, etc. and couldn't find any details. I e-mail the company telling them to get on the ball. How can we have confidence in them if they can't even keep their home page current or provide its shareholders a channel to their latest news? What are other owners of the stock thinking now?? I am sure that the management of many such companies think us small shareholders fools.

I received the News regarding the Ultrak - Telexis strategic alliance this afternoon. Appears the two companies have reached a bilateral sales and marketing agreement making Ultrak the exclusive distributor of Telexis' network and phone-line video products for the US security market. The agreement also provides Ultrak worldwide rights for Telexis products as applied to the transportation and security markets and names Ultrak the exclusive CCTV equipment supplier to Telexis. Telexis is an Ottawa, Ontario-based technology solutions provider of digital networked video. I have not seen the headline you referenced. Where did you locate this bit of information?
