My creek, which eventually runs in to Outlet Creek, by some wonderful coincidence, stopped flowing last year in early May, as opposed to late June,or even early July in a wet year.

Maybe you should tear down the dams you've built to hold your runoff out of the watershed?

Only cattle and wildlife take water from it. And POLLUTION POT growers.

"Smaller growers operating on their own properties tend to use slightly better environmental practices— avoiding rodenticides, for instance"

I hear some instead of rat poison use vicious dogs to kill the wildlife off. Didn't you mention your dog had killed a turkey last year?
