Among the horrifying images the government may be suppressing is alleged video of children being sodomized in front of their mothers at Abu Ghraib. Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh – who exposed the My Lai massacre during the Vietnam War, where women were gang-raped and mutilated – reported that the U.S. military was sodomizing children in Iraq on video back in 2004.\ If this is true, and I seriously doubt it is, this information needs to be made public. Transgressions of this nature should lead to charges against the people who were responsible. OTOH, if it is more nakedness of prisoners, it is just an attempt to stir up emotions. There amounts to false promotion for political purposes. One does wonder why there is no emphasis on getting the FOI requests for the tons of lies the Obama administration has told and covered up.
