What infuriates me about this whole technology thing is that it is touted as being "intuitive". Well, I would like to know just who's intuition!? All day long CNBC interviews CEOs who brag about their big plans to garner megabucks for their stockholders through fantastic internet marketing ploys. When I go to their sites I am usually frustrated in a very few minutes simply because the labels and icons they use do not allow me to predict with any degree of certainty what are going to be the results of "clicking" the mouse. In many cases the screen is so cluttered with junk that the space available for meaningful instructions and "prompting" just does not exist. Of course much of the frustration is a result of bottlenecks all along the so-called superhighway. From my perspective the Superhiway resembles a couple of cow-trails meandering somewhat in the same general direction. Frank
