Kudos on HOTR. I have it on watch. It doesnt change my opinion of it as I pretty much despise companies that inflate their goodwill and issue convertibles... but that doesnt mean I NEVER take a crack at them... but when I do ... I generally like to know they are based. In fact I recently made a HUGE stock investment. And yes, the company has convertibles and inflated their goodwill by ~ 10 million so that they dont look upside down - which they would be if it werent for the mickey mousing with the GW.
