Hi Matty, What an opportunity to really get some info... Could I impose on you to ask a few questions if you can??? (See M Chen's post (I think it's 1421???). - what date or time frame is Tom planning to file? Will file be electronic and on SEC EDGAR. (Lord knows, we'll be watching!!). Even a date like 1Q CY98 or so will work! - "looking and working on being listed" - again what date or time frame; actual dates are better - they're, of course, more committal. - Primary reason for IPO... what portion of the IPO went into the company to "add value" and what portion went into retiring or reducing debt? Who were the underwriters and <especially> who were the MM's or firms who "vouched" for NETZ having financial records that allowed them to become even an OTC:BB stock? Correct me if I'm wrong, but, I believe that the latter is a real requirement (from a prior post). - how did they get started w/funding. I believe there was some relationship or growth out of a co. called Star Medical, however, I either have the name wrong or whatever - I can't find 'em on EDGAR either - may have been private. In short: did this relationship ever exist and what happened to Star? Same people in NETZ? Again, how did they get their original funding? Private investors? Companies (e.g.: an INTC or HWP-type company??) or this Star diversification? - what is the AVERAGE or expected levels of NET profit (net earnings - NOT GROSS) in this industry? You may know this yourself, Matty. With this, we can begin to ID some projected price action and projected fair market value for this stock! - will financials be audited? by whom (who is auditor firm)? I think that's enough for now.... We're finally getting somewhere!!!! Thanks a bunch... Ron
