You've just admitted that Human Life begins at conception. That's a good start. Every abortion takes an innocent Human Life. Taking the life of another Human Being without proper justification is Morally wrong. The vast majority of abortions are done without any proper justification, therefore abortion is Morally wrong. "Egg worshipers want to give it full human rights." No one is worshiping an egg, you're just hyperventilating because you don't have a good argument for killing innocent Human Beings for the sake of convenience at all stages of a pregnancy. I don't have special classes for some Humans who have rights and others who do not. Besides the unborn, what other classes of Humans would you deny basic rights to? "If you are so devoted to protecting human life, do something about the ones already born." That's completely irrelevant to the issue of killing innocent Human Beings through abortion on demand, but in fact I do. I happen to believe all Human Beings deserve dignity and respect.
