I think Utah will as well, eventually. They may be conservative (R)'s, but they really do care for their citizens.


It's irresponsible and idiotic not to...particularly since the Feds have been so open and flexible with state requested changes.

No doubt about it. Utah just reinstituted the firing squad. Only state in the union to have a firing squad and that beats health care for the poor any day.
