I'm not about to read that article but I do wonder whether it mentioned the insane policy of the State of California that led to the problem, including irrational tinkering with ordinary market processes for pricing water?

Sadly, this is only the beginning


Ironically, the weather and sustainable water were major reasons why I moved north. If what's happening in S CA causes panic, the results will be disastrous.
