I'm not too worried about it. It's one thing to be the developer of a unique drug. It's another to be the manufacturer of a generic equivalent.

The chickens are going to come home to roost on this one. The balance sheet doesn't lie, and eventually its going to have to be reconciled. I agree 100% with Asensio that the next few Q's numbers will be...ahhh..."interesting".

I still strongly recommend shorting BVF. I still believe that the price inflation over the past few weeks was due to a short squeeze (which looks like its on the verge of sputtering out), and not momentum investors. Look at the long term chart.
