News release - private placement increased slightly Golden Hemlock Explorations - Private placement increased Golden Hemlock Explorations GHE Shares issued 7128326 1997-12-22 close $0.24 Tuesday Dec 23 1997 Mr Ian Brown reports Further to news in Stockwatch December 19 1997, the company advises that later in the day of December 18 1997 the amount of the private placement was increased from 805,000 units to 920,000 units such that total proceeds increased from $138,863 to $158,700.
