Dave- I have been so busy that I haven't had a chance to give Cybex a good study. But I did look at its main features. Strong financially, cheap relative to hard assets, lots of cash. Perhaps too much cash, which is why ROE is only 15% or so. Are they expecting to use it? Although their business appears to be good, operating margins aren't really growing. If they suffer a sales shortfall, their earnings will get hit hard. The stock is weak now (join the club!). It might be worth watching, to see whether its business will continue to be strong in the next few quarters. Todd
