Here my simplistic understanding of their report:

A while back they lost money. Now the get to write off the losses against their income, thereby lowering their taxes and increasing earnings. What counts here is that revenues are up to $8.6M from $6.7M (up 30%) and earnings are up 40%. And yet, here we are with a P/E of 9 or 10.
