The reason Cali is such dire straights is because people like you get elected to run things. Might change but I doubt it. The new nuke facilities are safe and able to withstand quakes. They even manufacture them for neighborhoods.. cheapest and safest power on the market.

Low info voters are like you.. unaware of tech other than a windmill or solar panel.
